Chairman’s Message
Assalamualaikum WBT and Salam Sejahtera,
I wish to extend my gratitude to Allah SWT for
His blessings and grace, as the Public Services
Commission of Malaysia (PSC) has successfully
carried out duties entrusted in 2022, which
is to perform its functions in accordance with
the provisions of Article 144(1) of the Federal
Constitution.
The recruitment and appointment to the public
service are based on merit and competence of
candidates. This method of appointment aims to
ensure that only best candidates who meet the
criteria are appointed to the public service. In
addition, it ensures that all candidates are given
TAN SRI DATO’ SERI UTAMA the same opportunity for consideration through
ZAINAL RAHIM SEMAN open and fair competition.
