PSC DIGITALISATION STRATEGIC PLAN
2021-2025

The PSC’s Digitalisation Strategic Plan (PSP PSC) 2021-2025 developed in-
house by the PSP PSC project management team, is a development plan
that outlines the vision, mission and direction of digitalisation for a period of
five (5) years.

This PSP PSC is a catalyst for continuity to drive the Public Sector
Digitalisation Transformation in line with the Malaysia Digital Economy
Blueprint (MyDigital), Public Sector Strategic Plan 2021-2025, PSC
Strategic Plan 2020-2022 and High Impact SPA Program 2019-2023,
as well as expert advisory and consulting services from PSC Commission
Members, Dr. Mohamad Zainuddi bin Mat Taib.

PSP PSC 2021-2025 covers four (4) strategic thrusts of digital technology,
along with 13 strategies and 65 programs designed to drive the innovation
and improve operations.
